Hudson King Thanks Albany’s Medical Heroes
Hudson King is continuing its efforts to recognize and support area medical heroes during the COVID-19 pandemic. As these professionals labor at the frontlines of the coronavirus battle, we want to show our thanks and encourage them with community programs.
On Tuesday, April 28, Hudson King partnered with Brothers NY Style Pizza to feed 100 staff at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. This is one of several hospital outreach efforts in which Hudson King has participated.
The Albany area has seen one of the worst per capita outbreaks of coronavirus in the nation. Providing dinner to 100 of the doctors, nurses and other Phoebe Putney healthcare workers in this pandemic environment is just one of the ways we at Hudson King are striving to help.
Our goal during this crisis is to continue to serve our clients and provide support to frontline medical workers in health systems across our area. We were honored to have WFXL Fox 31 in Albany feature our medical heroes appreciation program on the April 30 evening news.
Earlier in April, Hudson King donated pizzas to feed 130 critical care workers at Tift Regional Medical Center. Our #ChalkForTheDocs campaign inspired local residents to get outside and decorate sidewalks with encouraging messages for Tifton healthcare workers. Hudson King is thankful for all our medical heroes and will continue to work with the community to collectively show support.
We can all do our part to help during the coronavirus crisis. As restaurants, salons and other businesses begin to open, remember to continue to take precautions and stay safe. Per public health recommendations, wash your hands frequently, practice social distancing and get tested if you exhibit any signs of COVID-19. Give us a call with any questions (229) 515-8585.
